As a Licensed Singles Relationship Coach, and Founder of Perfect Pairings for Conscious Singles in Oregon, I provide mid-life singles in the Willamette Valley the resources that guide their journey to reach their relationship goals. Through one-on-one and group coaching, I empower my clients to recognize their strengths and develop the momentum they need to create the life they’ll love. I also provide informal events as an additional resource for meeting people, making new friends, and having fun in a non-stressful environment.

Professional Background

I offer my clients the experience of 36 years of teaching and school administration. Although I’ve recently retired from education, I am still passionate about providing education and support. School did not prepare us for the world of relationships and dating. I’ve worked in Las Vegas, San Diego and the Willamette Valley (including Lebanon, Eugene, Harrisburg and Salem), and I know that dating challenges are universal; it doesn’t matter if you live in a big city or small rural area.

I’m a graduate of the Relationship Coaching Institute’s Conscious Dating for Singles program, the world’s first and largest international relationship coach training organization. I am currently working with the Matchmaking Institute located in New York City. I am committed in helping people “my age” live fulfilling lives while continuing or getting back into the dating world.

Personal Background

I was married and divorced twice before I was 30, and have experienced a variety of long- and short-term relationships; I’ve made some very interesting choices along the way! Lack of self confidence, not enjoying the dating process, being lonely and falling into date-to-mate scenarios became a lifestyle pattern, and one that I’ve “consciously” changed as I’ve become the architect of my own future.

I’ve tried on-line dating and matching organizations, but something was missing for me, For most people, learning to date intentionally and becoming conscious about your vision, requirements, needs and wants greatly improves your success in finding your perfect partner.

Today, my social life is full, rewarding, and in synch with all the other aspects of my life. My creativity is flourishing, my friendships are expanding, and yes, I’m dating again! I enjoy listening to live music, dancing, creating art, appreciating wine and microbrews, exploring the natural beauty of Oregon, meeting new people and of course, building a successful business that helps others! I support clients of all sexual orientations. Part of my business philosophy is to support businesses dedicated to sustainability and charities supporting local community.
